And how many people would still buy from them anyway? I would say the vast majority. Especially after the story exited the news cycle. There would be more pressure on the government to have more business friendly tax laws, especially if other companies were also leaving.

that's impossible to say without living thru the moment. the size, nature and duration of the potential stink can't be judged. other factors could play into it like the UK becoming a more expensive market for amazon from the outside, depending on where they went. people do want convenience but amazon also wants a nice public image. in a post brexit UK chances are there's a swathe of people already in a nationalistic mindset who won't see the government as the failed end of the equation. |

I can't see anyone caring for very long, if at all. Until that happens, if it ever does, they can continue to do the right thing and avoid tax.

As you can see in the vid, even if you were immortal and earned 8 thousand USD per hour from 1AD continuously, you won't even reach his current wealth value.
