Whos suffered this? Im crippled with it for the past two days. My gp gave me cocodamol and naproxen...cocodamol has left me feeling spaced out and dizzy naproxen gut rot.....feeling like a bag of shiiiiiite! How long did it take to feel better if youve had it? |

I can walk but like Ive shat myself and I can sit up for short periods lying down is a struggle too...I have been trying to do stretching but its far too painful just now once I get on top of the pain Ill do some light exercises so I dont stiffen up

Just rest up a few days. Then start with exercises. Thats what I do

Yes and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I was immobile for over 3 months and lost 3 stone in weight. Lower back to the tips of the toes 24/7 pain. I really was ready to die. Codine worked some, but would cause a whole new problem. However, when faced with that kind of pain you wouldn't really give a fu*k! Consider buying or borrowing a TENS machine. |
