Oh, and there is no law saying I cannot transport a firearm across state lines.

@ mok214 - 24.11.21 - 01:23pm Wrong. Wisconsin has the same law as Oklahoma and there isn't a minimum age to buy a shotgun or rifle. The only minimum age is to purchase a pistol or pistol ammunition. BTW. That's the federal law. In Oklahoma (under state law), private sales of firearms are legal. However, knowingly selling a firearm to a person who cannot legally purchase or possess the firearm (such as a convicted felon or drug addict) is illegal, and punishable by up to 180 days in jail. Under state law, one must be 18 to buy a firearm of any type from a private seller or FFL dealer. Under the federal law a person under 18 can buy a long gun, but not under the state law. We can argue this all day and a good lawyer could find a loophole. But in my opinion (and this is my opinion) as i have stated throughout this post. No child should be let loose on the streets with a gun, be it a hand gun or rifle or any make of what the ATF calls an AR15. |

So your entire case has been proven wrong. BTW. What you shared is old, older than I am. |

What I am referring to is the United States Code, agreements between states and case history that you have to pay for to see. |
