Depends on one's tolerance, I guess. I have heard it's mostly body discomfort, some flu-like symptoms or mild headaches but it will pass. Some Paracetamol might help if there's a slight fever. I think you would be alright, though. You're a tough woman. :)

got my flu jab sat 2nd oct at the unearthly hour of 9am at docs takes a while to get there but fortunatley i dont mind a pr*ck
