just seen this on Phillip DeFranco's show apparently if you stretch a coat hanger over your head, just about temple height, you have an involuntary reflex to turn your head to the side. Haven't tried this, but I always liked the arms one. Stand up straight, grab your pants (or tuck your thumbs in your pockets if they're low enough) and with your arms fully straight you pull them outwards to the sides as hard as you can for 30 seconds - then fully relax, and your arms will lift up on their own. |
