Being addicted to feeling full isn't good. Eating until you felt full caused it. I never feel full. I never became accustomed to that feeling so I don't like it. I avoid it. I would advise weaning off of it if it's a thing, not taking a pill that creates it. |

can't remember what the show was the other day but they did this test where two groups ate a plate of food. the first group were under normal conditions, the 2ND group was blindfolded. they were told to eat until they felt full. everyone in the seeing group cleared their plates whereas the blindfolded group all left half the food.. the presenter said without sight to guide us we have to 'tune in' to different internal messages as to whether we were full. the sighted, on the other hand were conditioned to continuing eating till the plate was empty |

Maybe people who eat 10,000 calories a day are just highly aspirational people.. |
