Mok correctly used the word 'tired' in its correct terms. Or you could say 'I'm beginning to tire of this'. There is no 'tire' on a car. A car has a tyre. Or four tyres. Yet the Americans seem to think a car can get tired.. Exhausted, even! |

people who correct people's spellings are big fans of the dictionary and thesaurus. those are their fav books. they read them back-to-back like novels. they are like, wow, page 104 of the dictionary is amazing, i love that page they buy every new edition the day it hits the shelves. they wait at the entrance of the store and the moment the door opens, they rush in to secure their copy. so when they see somebody write a word that isnt faithful to how it appears in the dictionary, of course they will rush to correct you, like a fan of star wars would if you made a minute mistake about the turn of events on the death star. they have to correct you |

i do correct my 12 yr old niece tho when she whatsapp's me nd there are errors, i won't let her spell wrong, i just can't. she is too smart to text like a wapper. i will not allow it!!
