IPP was found to be against human rights, that's why they had no choice to scrap it, European court of human rights to blame

@ newt182 - 3.12.19 - 01:30pm Politicians are unable to change that? What about the imprisonment for public protection the tories got rid of? That could have been used to detain this terrorist. Tories the terrorist sympathisers Of course they can't change it. |

@ tranie - 3.12.19 - 02:41pm IPP was found to be against human rights, that's why they had no choice to scrap it, European court of human rights to blame I see. An indefinite amount of time is unfair. People should know how long their prison sentence is for. What did the tories put in place instead though? |

@ newt182 - 3.12.19 - 05:50pm I see. An indefinite amount of time is unfair. People should know how long their prison sentence is for. What did the tories put in place instead though? Tories changed the law in 2015,2 years after this case. It was labour who changed it in 2008.Tbf though the court of appeal judgement made the labour change pretty irrelevant in this case so it's the court of appeal judges you should be attacking |

Some people are such a danger to the public that they really should be in prison until they're rehabilitated and safe to be released. It was Labour that brought in the IPP anyway I think, but could be mistaken |

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-50733590 If there were only 2 shots fired(the ones fired at close range killing the attacker), how did a bullet pass through the top deck of a bus stranded on London Bridge during the attack? Photos taken by bystanders appear to show bullet holes in both the front and back windows on the top deck of the bus. Now i'm no ballistics expert but judging from the position and firing angles of the police and where the bus had been abandoned on the bridge, I don't see how it could possibly have been one of the two known bullets fired that has then ricocheted through the bus. |
