i use a surge for training rides or shorter days on a trail network. i like mapping stuff. i like seeing improvements. The GPS data is good for a wrist device. Battery life while tracking is good considering its size, but i'll use a handheld if i'm doing more than 5 or so hours. the HRM is ok, not as accurate as other solutions but it's still useful data. It's a sweaty bi**h in the heat and it doesn't play well with water. It's bulky if you're not a big watch person. the odd shape makes it difficult to wear around the penis or ankle. |

Some peoples including myself do find them very useful and convenient , ive no current health conditions myself but have in the past due to high cholesterol had need to burn up so many extra calories a day , and would have found the current wrist ones way more useful than the old mother fkr garmin gps i lugged around then later had calculate calories via time /distance.

I'd like a little gps one so i can draw rude pictures on my town, without carrying my phone. Strava is good for drawing dicks and tits and stuff. Just draw a dick on the map, follow the route, and upload it to Facebook for all to see. MK is great for this. |

@ kym73 - 16.04.17 - 10:41pm bet it stung after that. Once you've got past the stitch you kinda go numb, and you can just leg it for ages. |

Oh, i was actually thinking of buying one to monitor my heart rate. I want to know calories burned while i am throwing rubbish out or taking a shower. I will read up on the surge. |
