They're probably trying to. It's an African revolution in our recruitment agencies here in MK right now.

We are already having to fly people in from around the world to do the jobs many European folks used to do. Lol. Imagine wanting Bwexit coz there's too many foreigners in our country...only to find we now need to fly people in from far far away. A few gammons heads will explode at that.

So why don't English folk do these jobs then. I guess they are too lazy. Or don't we pay enough to get the English folk to work. Foreigners tend to work harder for less money |

Foreigners tend to work harder for less money if you come from a country where the acceptable standard of living is very different you can put up with stuff others wouldn't. sleeping 5 people to room, working 7 days a week, still managing to send most of money back home. it's all relative to the place you came from and the people there you're trying to help. it's probably different if you've settled, want a home here and to raise a family. then you need the same scale of living as everyone else here more or less. if you come from a poorer country those low paid jobs are still good money back home. living in some slumlord hovel makes it financially viable. for them it's auf wiedersehen pet in reverse, just chasing the work. |

@alanball | 22 September 21 | |

That's fair enough.....So we should pay higher wages then to encourage people to do those jobs leading to higher prices for consumers? |

@ 9362 - 22.09.21 - 11:56pm That's fair enough.....So we should pay higher wages then to encourage people to do those jobs leading to higher prices for consumers? the better way around to my mind is that big companies take the hit to their profit margins and don't charge consumers more. they are the ones who profited from paying the low wages, but obviously that's some far distant dream land. struggling British families will be more financially squeezed by rising prices but profits aren't affected too adversely... yay! |

The greedy, violent, filthy, smelly foreigners will have to go back home soon. The government are cutting the Universal Credit corona bonus soon, so the English people will have to do the jobs again. PS: The nice and polite filthy foreigners can stay. |
