The rule with xr is that you always let emergency vehicles pass, its massively frustrating and harmful that some people are putting other at risk. Non violent civil disobedience stops being non violent if our actions knowingly cause harm.

There is a big difference in being a legitimate protestor and a potential murderer. Its only a matter of time untill someone stuck in an ambulance dies because of the protestors actions. They then stop being legitimate protestors and become directly responsible for someones death.
