What's the chance of you going on strike tranie? Can't believe the buses are still running in Woking. Reduced service but hardly anyone is using them. Should be stopped here

@ tranie - 21.04.20 - 12:11pm The problem with masks is if you don't wear one 24 - 7 then its useless. What happens when you eat or drink, you take the mask off and are vulnerable. The mayor wants everyone boarding a bus to wear a mask. Most do some don't, I don't wear a mask Please tell me you at least have perspex shielding in position to stop passengers from coughing and spluttering all over you? Stay safe dude, and best of luck to ya. |

Should be stopped here Zero I'd say. There are signs on the underground saying to use the bus instead, so I'm guessing TFL wanted it that way. |

@ obi_jon - 21.04.20 - 12:37pm Please tell me you at least have perspex shielding in position to stop passengers from coughing and spluttering all over you? Stay safe dude, and best of luck to ya. We have always had protective shielding, they have covered up the air holes but left the gaps in the top and bottom of the screen, now ppl can not get within 6 feet of me. It took TFL about 2 months to do this, it only came in yesterday, not really surprised as they obviously believe we are immune same as pollution, TFL or the bus company have done absolutely nothing to help drivers cope with the pollution. |

I saw an article last week, saying that they're gonna fit London busses with some kinda special air filtration system. Any sign of it ? |

@ recurve16 - 21.04.20 - 01:04pm I saw an article last week, saying that they're gonna fit London busses with some kinda special air filtration system. Any sign of it ? No it won't work anyway, we have air con in the cab which never works. The company turns it off to save money |

No air con, air holes blocked up, London pollution levels (maybe not at the moment) now the virus. You should be wearing a proper mask, even before the pandemic... |

@ tranie - 21.04.20 - 01:05pm No it won't work anyway, we have air con in the cab which never works. The company turns it off to save money I remember drivers telling a queue of passengers about how TFL had turned that off when it was something like 39 degrees centigrade. people stopped being annoyed at the drivers and became sympathetic to them in about 20 seconds. |
