@ ogdenz - 16.02.21 - 07:57am I don't know about apples but i do know drinking coffee makes me sleepy. I've heard other people say it too. Isn't that against the laws of caffeine? With milk or sugar? Those can make you sleepy I heard. |

@ ladibud - 16.02.21 - 07:40am fruit.... apparently fruit, e.g. an apple, makes you feel fuller for longer due to the fibre in it.... however an apple makes me absolutely ravenous and wanting to eat more nearly the whole day.... does anyone else feel more hungry after a fruit or am I just broken... Those apple fibres actually speed up the digestion process, and help to digest the food faster. Consequently, increasing the desire to eat. Most fruits help with digestion. They are like appetizers :) |

I'm too disciplined to get hungry and I hate feeling full. How much I eat depends loosely on what I'm doing, and then it's more Increased regularity over increased portion sizing.

I'm not keen on apples, either. Acid city. But I get through mangoes rather a lot. I slice up strawberries and kiwis for the brat, but I rarely have any - again, bit acidic.
