If you're being wilfully stupid about it I can't help you. But in your defense, when you're used to mummy government constantly wiping your bottom in every aspect of life, including your own health and children's welfare, I can understand why the concept of agency would be difficult for you to grasp.

In conclusion then, if the dog owners kept their dogs under control and the parents kept their kids under control, there shouldn't be any problems. So in other words put the children in cages too? I don't know if you understand how a child's mind works, but when I was a young being told not to do something generally made me more inquisitive and likely to attempt whatever it was behind my parents back... |
