@ ogdenz - 3.04.21 - 06:37pm So someone can be a part time racist? Only racist when they use the offensive word with the intent to cheese someone off? Racism goes hand in hand with intent. Using the word can be benign in some circumstances, ie hearsay but using it as an insult is the definition of bigotry. |

@ kimjongl - 3.04.21 - 06:37pm I mean if she called us a pair of internet thugs, that would just be weird, not bigoted. But by adding gay in there it revealed her true nature. You think being a racist is someones true nature? How very odd. |

If you're racist; I would think that's reflective of your inner nature. I know some people with racist beliefs and they are mostly always really hateful beings.

@ vampboy - 3.04.21 - 06:05pm You can't judge unless you were really in the officer's shoes faced with the same consequences dealing with a man with history of delinquency and who visibly chanted 'I can't breath' several times despite no immediate danger and who continuously resisted arrest despite being taken into the police car and asked to be driven to the station. Floyd wasn't an ordinary helpless man. He was caught in the middle of a felony and then later resisted arrest. A good police officer could also be someone who could be shot dead for not taking immediate actions. It's just hard to judge, you caught my drift? But surely 4 police officers should be able to handle him? |

@ ogdenz - 3.04.21 - 06:40pm You think being a racist is someones true nature? How very odd. Not racism in that example but homophobia. And yes, especially the casual use of it as a pejorative, without a second thought and together with the inability to even reason why it is so, to me indicates the inherent nature of the person when it comes to matters of homophobia. |

@birdy | 3 April 21 | |
It's funny you're pretending to care as well, because I know you don't. Youre just a petty little a**hole.

@ kimjongl - 3.04.21 - 06:39pm Racism goes hand in hand with intent. Using the word can be benign in some circumstances, ie hearsay but using it as an insult is the definition of bigotry. So when they arent using the words they are no longer a racist or a homophobe? I agree it's the intent that makes it an offensive thing to say. |
