They're really getting desperate now... This is the nudes: BBC to screen two hours of 'slow TV' cameras panning around naked bodies of life drawing models in the hope that viewers will sketch them at home. Life Drawing Live, an interactive class where viewers can draw the nude models on their screen, will make television history on highbrow channel BBC Four. Billed as an art lesson for the whole country, the special could be the first of many interactive cultural programmes. The audience will be asked to draw along from their living rooms as the class is led by award-winning artists Daphne Todd and Lachlan Goudie. |

Hopefully Boris will scrap the license fee and the BBC will end up dead.

@ slwnoris - 30.12.19 - 12:12pm Tv licence, everyone in the UK needs a licence to use television or receiving /recording equipment, there are two bands one for and black and white television tech term monochrome, and colour television. If you have a recording device vcr/pvr or dvd recorder which record programmes in colour but you watch these recorded programmes back on a black and white you still are required to have a colour licence as the recording device has received and recorded those programmes in colour. We used to also have to buy a wireless receiving licence, but when television became available this was included in the television licence. Now if you are found to be using any of the above, you run the risk of getting a criminal record /a fine of one thousand pounds last time I looked / or a stay in prison. I hope that explains the UK and television licence. Just a foot note I went to prison last year because I was taken to court by medway council for not painting all of my windows on the house I own, I received a fine of 500 pounds plus costs and surcharge, at this point I told the magistrate in a respectful voice to take his fine and stick it up his ars*hole and I would sew his ars*hole up to keep it safe. At this point I was told to apologise to the court, my reply was, no chance mate. I was sentenced to 28 days in prison, I could have been released from prison the next day if I apologised to the court via video link, I refused, I served 14days of the 28days and released under the served half of sentence rules. Now the reason I told you the above because while serving my sentence I met a number of people and one man was in there because he had notelevision licence and no way to pay the fine. By the way my fine is currently being paid of at 2 pounds a fortnight stopped from my sickness benefit. If you are still reading my post , thank you for reading the above, kind regards and best wishes for the new year. You could of just painted your windows , ya spank |

Just to let you non ham radio people to know, every receiver is also a transmitter. If you have a radio frequency scanner you can detect it yourself. You first need to know the frequency your set is receiving and then divide that frequency in half and use your scanner to detect your television transmitting. The signal is not strong, but can be detected in around a three hundred meter radius. I really have to wonder if anyone has been caught with a low power jammer to block those license hunters and if anyone was successful for a while? |
