I'm askin this coz I observed that several catholics have experienced visions of 'the Holy mother of God' whereas virtually no protestant has reported any such visions. Is it possible that seeing spiritual personalities is an experience which depends on your beliefs and is not objective? Could spiritual experiences be merely particularly vivid projections of our beliefs?
