They obviously don't know what they're doing. You can do it yourself. You can pray and ask that sins that lead to this alleged posession be pointed out to you. Confess them and ask forgiveness of these and any others you know of yourself. If you were posessed, they would leave by themselves.

If he's the only one then he's not very successful now is he? You can go through all those years of built up sin and deal with them one by one, confess them, ask forgiveness and forget about them - and stop doing them of course. You will get deliverance automatically. If you don't confess and this pastor succeeds in chasing out an evil spirit in some way then another one may take his place - one that is worse than the former.
