Class translator is OK wen editing class files, but i have a problem in editing files that is nun .class files.. like for example: v file for opera mini.. How to edit this file without experiencing errors... Some use calculators, but i dont understand how this functions and affect this file. Especialy only one byte is added or one byte is removed. |

For editing v file you will need a Hex editor. Use Class Editor for java phones, it Will Work Nicely...

Also, Use MiniHalo Instead Of Class Translator.

First download class editor and install it, then Extract v file from jar file using any file manager, then using class editor browse through file systen and just click on the extracted v file, it will edit it, then make your changes, but be aware that you can only replace bytes, you cannot add or remove bytes or the v file and opera mini will become invalid.

Its a long tut on customizing splash screen so ill post it later, but if you want to change Midlet name, then you can easily change it by editing Manifest.mf file.
