Hi friends, I've nokia 6233 and 2gb mmc in it . Recently i put my memory card from in N79 . When i put my memory card into n79 then n79 get freeze. After that i put my memory card in my nokia 6233 . And now its locked...i didn't gave any password but it wants a password . I put it in my pc but memory card is not showing in my pc . How will my memory card work again? How can i unlock my memory card? Plz help me? Im very sad |

nokia uk have always said you should put a password on any memory card as it has been known for some nokia phones to put a random password onto a card i always just put the standard 12345 on my cards and never had a problem

My pc is not showing my memory card but my phone is showing it . But when i try to open it then it want password . I also tried to formate it with my phone but it too need password for formate . May i formate my memory card with my phone?

No. Sorry to say but its true that ur that memory card is useless now. Just like i had broken my 2 512mb memory card due to forgetting password. You cant use it anymore.

I searchd at google....there r some tricks to unlock memory card and i will try them soon

@outlook, u can break password protection by nokia s60v3 or v5. First insert mmc into any s60 v3 or v5 and then format your card by the phone.

I've been shouting from the very first day in pro that ''DONT PUT ANY PASSWORD IN SD MEMORY CARDS VIA NOKIA S40''.... Here I'm focusing on it again... Nokia s40s have found guilty of memory card password handling errors... In most cases it shows password errors to unlock it even if you put correct password...
