PushToTalk is 2way radio service.bit like a walkie talkie i suppose,with the click of volume control key. God knows how much it costs etc.u have 2 subscribe 2service.

Not sure. U can push to talk with ppl with compatable devices. I think ev1 has to configure settings to a person or group. Should say in handset manual
