But you cant underestimate XP as it is still considered as one of the best os ever released in terms of stability and security... And most of the world is still using it for commercial and home usage...

stabilility and security? ms's gonna stop the updates for xp Sp3 soon. Sp2's already dead as ms doesn't give updates to it Anymore. Win7 is so far the most stable os created by ms.
