..there was py based app as well,'pyUninstall' or simillar,you may try it..but the best bet may finally be to manually remove that java..

When java fails tobe removed the most irritating part is the unvanishable icon, happened to me twice and the only way I got rid of them was to reformat...maybe others may have a simpler solution..

..can't fail,can't fail @javed82..my bad, didn't precisely say what I ment by 'manually'..I ment manually,part by part,of that java,using X-plore..and yip,formating is the quickest@datutm,but also no problem to remove icon from the Menu,manually (we have a topic on that subject,forgot the title)..
