Right folks, sit down. After battling out a hard fought draw with closest rivals Srathspey last weekend, both teams first point of the season, Fort William are on a roll. A 2-1 away victory at Rothes, I'll repeat that a 2-1 AWAY VICTORY. See's them shoot right up the table all the way to NOT BOTTOM.

Ft William had their best season in years, actually winning a game! They still finished last though with a final record of 7pts from 34 matches, 1 win, 4 draws and 29 losses, scored 14, conceded 122, goal difference -108. Strathspey were their closest rivals finishing 4pts better off, on 11.

They should go to Anfield pre-season, only Everton fail to pick up anything there.

@ obi_jon - 6.09.11 - 10:28am Scottish football jokes aside, surely one of the worst performance records ever! This season they have played 5, lost 5, scored 2, conceeded 20! Been a similar story for at least 3 seasons now, negative goal differences in 3figures bad. I've apopted them as my second team! Any players to loan us pal? |

I think this season has been their best ever. They won another match today which takes their seasons win total to 8 and propelling them to the dizzying heights of a 13th place finish.
