the thermaltake is a good cooler for the 8800GT but i still doubt thats its good enough for those speeds

I got my GT at 625/1850, and its enough, cba to OC more.

the shaders are the best thing to OC, they have the most impact. 100mhz on the shaders is enough to boost the perfomance more than 200-300 on the memory or 200 on the core

Will try that. But tbh i dont really need some big overclock on secondary PC, its mostly used for WoW, TF2, COD4, torrents and hosting occasional server for mp games.

only get 11,700 with an 8800gtx 768mb @ 620/2000 n core 2 duo e6400 @ 3ghz wiv 2gig ram @ 966mhz. Knowing from experience tho, 3d mark 06 is very cpu dependent.

11k is a pretty common score for a gtx, tho if i had a c2d an a gtx i for 1 would not be happy lol, i wouldnt be happy if it wasnt oc'd high enough to get mid 14k !
