Ps. I would prefer a card with a black pcb, and the rest of my system specs are e5200 @3.0ghz, 4gb ddr2 1066 axeram, and msi p43t-c51, i know its not a fast cpu, but that will be upgraded to i7 860 in the near future

currently the 460 would be to much for your cpu and would be sevierley limited by cpu bound games. i have a m8 running a e6600 with a 4870 and it can just cope with it on bfbc2 realy you need a 2.4 quad q66 minimum for the 460 and above.

If you can wait three weeks for the new AMD then that would be good. The Zotac/ECS/EVGA have black PCB too i believe.

If you have a half-ass decent motherboard, you should be able to OC to ~3.5GHz range with that e5200. If your motherboard is cr*p, don't waist money on getting another motherboard. Either get the Q9550, or go i3/i5 route

For most games today getting a 3+GHz core2duo is more than enough because games are optimized for the mainstream and seldomly for the high-end

You can get it up to 4 depends on the board you got. It should handle the 460. If you going to go I7 route to oc the helll out the chip till you get a stable setting. Then your already got the graphics card and can think off a second. Just to note with a 5870 OC a mate of mine scored of 28000 on vantage with it.
