yes without doubt , they use better quality components ,run cooler,use less power , have longer life and if your a peeny pincher they use a lott less electric ( not that i really care about an electric bill) .

yes, i did some research, they really are good, so which companies are good, and this antec is bronze, there are also silver, gold ratings, etc, will it be much costly than the bronze?

i would personally recomened a corsiar or thermeltake psu , and if you can afford it get a gold rated one .
