So chief Nvidia hater himself Demerjian has nothing at all bad to say about kepler. Sounds like Kepler is going to absolutely own when it launches.....hold on tight boys and gals if you want to drop on a new video card....

The consoles boys don't realise that this could be significant. These are the designs that could end up inside the new consoles for next year. If sony stick with Nvidia, we could see major Sony console wins which will impact the whole next generation.

pointless if you have a 570. the 680 is likley to offer little improvment over the current 580 and will certainly cost a lot more... the top end cards are the only 1s worth considering in this release but only if your a full gen off the pace. they are banding about numbers like 600 for both ati and nvidia when as per you cn out perform then for less

Some of the rumours say that Nvidia midrange stuff can go head to head with the fastest AMD have got.... its a little difficult to believe but Nvidia will surely have cards right on top of the 7950 and 7970. It needs to push prices down.

you know yourself the prices on the higher end offerings dont come down as much as say the midrange.

No but i do know that when a new generation hits with a big shrink on the manufacturing process the existing high end cards usually end up relegated to midrange. 5850 and GTX460 had no trouble at all matching up to the GTX285. I fully expect the midrange kepler to get fairly close to the existing GTX580

Some of the insiders leak out a price of 299 dollars for the GK104. That is very very cheap. It could just be a tactic to slow sales of the Radeon HD7 series. However even if it is 350 dollars it should be enough to drop the prices of current high end stuff massively
