I use to download and play youtube videos via realplayer and worked fine. Lately I cant anymore. Best I can get to play is only the sound no visual. Any help would be appreciated |

The answer depends on, what format you're downloading, and is it supported on your app.You can try a firefox addon (Flash Downloader) That lets you choose among the available formats. download video playing app like KMplayer or VLC that support a wide range of formats.

thank you !! I saw ur reply and took link to download potsplayer. will try it in the morning. I use explorer and as far as I know its mp4 format. not the most tech savy guy when it comes to pcs n software

mpc-hc - its good because it lets you edit shaders in realtime, i keep it in store just for that alone, and it also doesn't seam to need the klite codec pack at all : ) i dont like vlc much and the last time i used kmplayer, it asked me for codecs. though that was a pretty while ago so maybe things have changed now. other then that it is an okay player. potplayer does it for me still.

i use gom for backup. some videos tht dont play on vlc tend to play on gom. you just cant have 1player installed on ur pc... thats sad .. .. ..
