I think the buyer gets about 45 days to raise a dispute, after that if there is a problem ebay/paypal wont help. You have fees to pay from sales though. You can also sell on Amazon.

Because you cannot determine how the previous owner used and/or abused this PC, it is smart to start negotiating at 60 percent of the estimated value.

Best money is take screens of everything working, then break up a machine and sell it in bits on something like ebay while citing and showing it works just fine It's nearly always worth more in bits than as a built machine. This goes for a lot of things, like scr*p cars. Mainly because more people are interested in one specific part they want, rather than the total configuration chosen by someone else. The only alternative to that is you have a sucker already lined up willing to pay what you want for it. |
