hi I installed eset smart 6 on my friend's laptop but after the restart it just shows a black screen, the whole screen is black. is there a way to bypass this blackscreen, I cant even load the bios. |

Safe mode. Keep tapping the F5 key at boot for safe mode options. If the boot screen comes up and not safe mode options, tap enter and quickly continue to tap F5.

Is the fan at least spinning when its powered on? Any indicator lights on at all?
