try reinstalling your sound driver go to the manufacturers site and you should be able to get it from there

First you must check your system. What kind of system you have? Is it a pc, amplifier, speaker, laptop or cellphone. In a pc running windows os or laptop. Open the run app then type [dxdiag] then hit enter. On the dialog box you would know if you have a sound driver installed. And from there you can test whether its working. If no sound driver was found, thats the time you need to install a sound driver.
