my pc keeps on rebootin on win startup screen like 4-5 times den boots normal..once i login...then i get bsod every 5-10 min..the bsod code is 109 .... is it ram problem? coz i booted win 8.1 fron my other hd an same cant boot , also i changed my ram freq from 1033 to auto..now after saveing the settings i get 4 beeps n pc wont boot unless i turn off the main switch n turn on..n den get ata/atapa sumting like dat device faild ..n den pc boots up |

ok now i set ram freq back to 1066 n again it reboots on startup screen...while changen to auto n other freq will giv beep or a pop up msg always wen i start sayn ata/atapi devive faild.. load uife bla bla default...n when i login my screen is blank...but with 1066 freq it keeps rebootin..but can login wen it boots normal..but bsod always

i cnt run..now my pc wont boot...it even reboots during launch win repair...cnt even boot wit win 8.1 ..says pc ran into problem then reboot. same thing (tierd)

ok i have 4 ram slots..tryd moven my rams .. get 3 beep.. try each ram same beep on diff slots.. den i just tryd to put bot ram one on blue n white slot..pc boots but shows 8 gb ram installed 3.5 gb usable on propertys hmnn...so is it ram or mobo?

ok now i again put both the ram one on blue n other on blue...like b4 now no error n shows 8gb but im sure this will get thhe same prob in months again

Have u tried running memtest86+
Hope it's not your mobo, mine died a couple of months ago. Without any problems prior. Haven't replaced yet. |

yea memtest shows no error...after tryn an removn the ram plenty it works normal...lets see nxt time it happn..il try my frnds ram...also my mobo has couple of month left for warrnty..just afraid

its not os problem  i couldnt boot on win 8.1 as well ..its ram problem..but now its normal..
