Memory? Did you mean Disk Space? I don't think that even MIT's or NASA's Super Computers have that much memory :p

256gb of ram is very possible on many systems for home use. Amd Threadrippers go as far as 2tb if i remember right.

Remember having a Sinclair ZX81 and it's ram was about 1.5kb It did keep us entertained though Apart from having no colour, if I remember correctly, it had no sound either but had an accessory of a thermal printer kind of like a shop till receipt but a little bigger and in a silvery grey colour toxic paper that maybe gave kids aluminum poisoning. The keypad was a smooth affair to that you could upgrade with a clip on piece of sheoite! |
