It sounds like static electricity may have screwed up your card slots . The only fix for that is a new motherboard .

I think card is not plugged in correctly which causes that problem. Take it out and again plug it properly and their should be hole for a screw to make it fit with the board and case and as told disable onboard vga in bios. And don't forget you need to plug vga blue connector on that agp card
