@ alvar89 - 27.04.13 - 01:05pm might just stick to oc genie default 4,2ghz when im done messing around. im mostly doing this for learning purposes. The oc genie is cr*p to be honest ,it will ramp up volts on everything above what you could do manually . |

Thinking about it, forget my last post. If you are using water cooling and your temps are low then why not overclock

a closed water cooler isnt as good as a hi end air cooler though so its a little different

i love the quiet mode the h80i has . cant hear a thing exept my stupid tx750v2 PSU thats the loudest fan in my case. i may strip it and change the fan some day or buy a ax series. and a modular this time as the cable management is awful wit a non modular.

the dh14 etc high end air coolers are great but the price is the same here and the h80i has a bit lower temps.

I think norega meant a high end water cooler

Nope i ment that the closed water loops like the h80i etc are not as good as a hi end air cooler . .

Dont like the fact that corsair coolers come with 3 pin fans . Will swap them out for some akasa vipers when i get mine . |

@ norega - 27.04.13 - 03:34pm Nope i ment that the closed water loops like the h80i etc are not as good as a hi end air cooler . . I remember that being the case on the older ones but I thought the newer ones were much better. |
