Normally when you get a phone flashed its with generic firmware, but obviously going through voda you get it flashed with their own software. But if your thinking about getting a phone flashed to voda if its not already then i don't think thats possible

U can easily flash it on ur own with ur pc. Go to motomodders . Net and download flash software and generic firmware for your phone. But be careful with it!

upgrading your firmware / software can improve the performance of your phone. e.g older nokias had a habit of crashing when being used because of a flawed software. an upgrade can solve this problem. it works the same for other phone models, with possible errors in the current software. the majority of users dont encounter major problems so rarely have the need to upgrade.

Take it to nearest motorola factory repairshop. Its free for the first flash and your phone will be debranded
