Thats a big oof. i remember a while back Verizon Wireless had a big outage in our state. someone had cut through the fiberoptic cable leaving thousands of people without talk, text or data connectivity. We are blessed to have Wifi at our house so the outage didn't significantly impact us. however im sure there were people who relied on Verizon as their only form of connectivity. you would think they would set up their network so that it doesnt rely on one cable. like seriously...

I'm on EE and 3 and have no issues at all. Massive 4G speed differences between the 2 which you don't notice too much while browsing but notice more so while streaming. Living around central Manchester helps I guess... All the networks are pretty solid for me. If anyone has these kinds of major issues and problems with their supplier they should contact their network and if that feels like banging your head against a brick wall then contact the ombudsman or OFCOM with notes and your evidence.
