perhaps because it bypasses any content locks ,just try searching for some age restricted content if have content lock on , then try same using mini opera. . . |

what ? how much ram do you have that you can't run opera 12 ? it's been years since I used opera mini on s60 they might've turned off support as traffic does get routed thru operas servers. same with pretty much all servers sided s60 apps |

it has 128 mb ram but just read up they turned off support for symbian opera mini and use different servers for opera mini for android and ios so that me bug*ered lol

Protocol Currently Set to Socket/HTTP Flashed this with Delight 700 v1.1 don't have one with stock rom to test but dont think they did anything special in delight internet settings/mods |

lastime i used on a s60 stock rom mini opera was also working probably 6 months ago. Mini opera mods also working

@ spunkydj - 8.03.19 - 10:40pm it has 128 mb ram but just read up they turned off support for symbian opera mini and use different servers for opera mini for android and ios so that me bug*ered lol full opera should still work just fine/be by far the best browser you could find for Symbian. shame daily mobile closed down it was almost like XDA for Symbian phones, you could find everything there. |

Opera 12 Also Still does work on Symbian , as does googlemaps although youd need to find an installer (v4.11) as google dont supply it no more.
