Optic Nerve Hypoplasia
This is medical term for underdevelopment of the optic nerves.Thus having fewer wires than the over 1 million connections (nerve fibres) it should have connecting the visual information received by the retina to the brain and that not all the visual information gets to the brain to understand what they would normaly have seen.
