Ok 1 handed airflares are kinda hard to describe. Basicly its goin into an airflare and wen u land on your 1 hand during a rotation you hop on that hand twice while rotating. Then in the midst of that alternate to the next hand and hop twice on that1. This conts as long as u want! You cud get a vid from style2ouf.com or bboyworld.com or bboy.org bt i cnt rememba who does it i thnk its bboy physix from rivers. Bt ill get back to you on that.

Valdez is just a back handspring done frm a squatting position. Superman is a variation of windmills were ur arms r streched out (lyk superman) and u roll around on ur upper back and chest.
