Fasted for over 12 hours and my blood sugar was 7.0 in the last blood test. Now to not eat anything with sugar for a week and pray. Also my D-vitamin levels were low-ish, but that can be fixed with simple supplements like MiniSun (20micrograms recommended, which is normal/basic dosage). At least my cholesterol and iron levels did not cause any alarms, this time. I'm not sure what exactly was tested, but they took six tubes of blood instead of the normal one as an ''annual test''. |

i've been maybe a bit too carefree with sugary products lately. We'll see if a full-stop helps the situation. I bought a small bag of candy today.. Put it in the pantry instead of touching any of it until i get the new results.

I might also start having a ''treat day'' once a week and only eat normal foods during the week. And i mean treats as in as low-sugared as possible. Popcorn and Pringles should not have THAT much in them (gotta verify this before buying though). Also i may start doing treats that are good for you like cashew nuts and something.

There are two sugar-levels; short term and long term. The latter especially matters more and that should be my main focus which means i can't just stop eating sugars for a week and then resume eating s**t like before. I must make sure the levels stay down now and in the future. Challenge Accepted.
