Not gonna go into deep detail here, but i'll drop this little thing for you guys; An EULA may not contain stuff that goes against consumer laws/regulations in the country or state you reside in.

Just because you click yes/agree without reading does not automatically make everything in the EULA valid or legally binding. An EULA also does not automatically double as a waiver either. What is and is not valid depends on your local laws and regulations.

Big companies are happy that people rarely read or give two sheets about the legal cr*p such as an EULA etc. and that people think they are giving up some rights by clicking yes/agree. The companies could not be happier. Heck, if even a fraction of the end-users were legally savvy, the companies could not even operate in those regions. PS. i don't actually know the exact specifics and laws either, but i know what i know and i may be able to seek legal advice from the correct parties such as KULUTTAJA-ASIAMIES if the need ever arises.
