When we land in a crises, we are often so confused and bewildered, that we cause more chaos, by running around in circles. Try to be calm, take hold of your emotions. It is not always easy, but exercise yourself control during such times. The more we practise, the easier it becomes to discipline and apply self control to our emotions, the more easier it becomes to take hold of our feeling and master our emotions. Depend on those who are close to us, to comfort, console and carry us through. Rely on your loved ones. What are friends and family for? if they cannot stand by us? Those who are close to us and really cares, will be part of the suffering pain, but it still depends on how the group or family support and give strength to one another.
