thnx 4 the welcome djsam, 1st i apologise if my story is a bit long bt im givin u the background 2 my problem... ok... my dad was a massive fan of formula 1 n as a kid i used 2 watch it with him all the time, then as i got older i got in2 different stuff bt still watched the odd race... then i saw the 1 on 1st may 1994 when ayrton senna was killed n i was absolutely gutted, he was my hero n i was obssessed with him bt time moves on n i came to terms with his death n slowly stopped watchin the races... then a few yrs ago my dad died n i kinda got in2 watchin it again, it brought bk gd memories of my dad... over the last 2/3 yrs i've become totally obssessed again n focused a lot on books of sennas life, watched dvds of him racin n bought loads of memorabillia etc... then on 21st march, which would've been his 50th bday i hit major depression, cant concentrate, feel like n basically totally p155ed off... it sounds stupid now im sayin it bt i just cant get over sennas death, its nearly 16 yrs ago ffs n it feels like its just happened... i've never been this depressed b4 about ne thing n im sick of feelin like this... im sorry 4 soundin deranged bt maybe i just needed to get it out, u no? ne way thats me done...

I'm very sory ma dear,the 1st n foremst thng is tht u should accept thngs the way they c*m in life!each 1 of us has hs own life n whteva hapen's 2 us is part of life also...i gues u should stand firm and try 2 4get bou the past...

ur rite i no... i tell myself the same things... i suppose it all just feels awful @ the mo n the feeling will pass, i keep tellin myself that time will heal... bt like i said its been 16 yrs... maybe these feelings will come n go thru my life n i just have 2 get on with it... its so unfair that ppl die young tho...

thank u every1  im feelin a little better 2day so i think the chat helped... i thought about ur comments n while i accept that ppl can use their faith in God 2 help them thru their problems i find it better 2 talk 2 friends... sumtimes only talkin can help 2 all x
