Torrent prog wont work with jap, and many other prog 2. I only use j*p for direct downloads since prog like proxycap wont work on jap

I use flashget on highspeed service and start of with 2 streams when both are retrieving data I load up another stream so on so on till I reach max 10 so you get speeds up 50 to 60kbs with it.
