Namaaz is the best exercise prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam says-
(1) The person who prays ' Fajr ' increases completion.

Importance Of Namaz
SAYINGS (HADITH) OF
PROPHET MUHAMMAD

The one who neglect the
prayers will receive Fifteen
punishments from Allah.
Six punishments in this
lifetime
Three while dying
Three in the grave &
Three on the Day of
Judgement.
THE SIX PUNISHMENTS OF
LIFE:
1. Allah takes away
blessings from his age
(makes his life
misfortunate)
2.Allah does not accept his
plea (Dua's)
3.Allah erases the features
of good people from his
face.
4.He will be detested by
all creatures on earth.
5.Allah does not award
him for his good deeds.
(No sawaab)
6.He will not be included
in the Dua's of good
people.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS
WHILE DYING:
1. He dies humiliated.
2. He dies hungry.
3. He dies thirsty.
Even if
he drinks the water of all
seas, he will still be thirsty.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS
IN THE GRAVE:
1. Allah tightens his grave
until his chest ribs come
over each other.
2. Allah pours fire on him
with embers.
3. Allah sets on him a
snake called the brave,
the bold which hits Him
from morning until
afternoon for leaving Fajr
prayer, from the afternoon
until Asr for
leaving Dhuhr prayer and
so on. With each strike he
sinks 70 yards under the
ground.
THE THREE PUNISHMENTS
ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT:
1. Allah sends who would
accompany him to hell
pulling him on the face.
2. Allah gives him an
angry look that makes the
flesh of his face fall down.
3. Allah judges him strictly
and orders him to be
thrown in hell.

Dua-E-Maasura-
Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kaseerau wala yagfiruz zunubaa illah anta fughfirli Magfiratam minindika warahamni innaka antal gafoorur Raheem.

Durood-E-Ibrahim-
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI MUHAMMADIN KAMAA SALLAITA ALA IBRAHEEMA WA ALA AALI IBRAHEEMA INNAKA HAMEEDUM MAJID.
ALLAHUMMA BAARIK ALA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI MUHAMMADIN KAMAA BAARAKTA ALA IBRAHIMA WA ALA AALI IBRAHIMA INNAKA HAMEEDUM MAJEED.
TRANSLATION-
Allah, let Your Blessings come upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

Surah-Al-Fatiha

those who go astray.

The Last Prophet (P.B.U.H)
said: Verily the one who recites the Qur'an
beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, he will be in the company of the noble
and obedient angels. And
as for the one who recites
with difficulty,
stammering or stumbling
through its verses
(because he doesn't know
how to read it but is
trying to), then he will
have TWICE that reward.

About Naqaab
The definition of the
awrah of children, male
and female, is something
for which there is no clear
evidence in the Quraan
and Sunnah. The view of
most of the fuqaha is that
when a girl reaches the
age where she may be
desired by those of a
sound nature, then her
awrah is like that of an
adult woman. But if she
has not reached that age,
then it is permissible to
make concessions about
her hijab until she does
reach that age.
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen
(may Allaah have mercy
on him) said: There is no
ruling on the awrah of a
very young girl, and she
does not have to cover her
face, neck, hands and feet,
and a small girl should not
be obliged to do that. But
when a girl reaches an age
when men could be
attracted to her and desire
her, then she should
observe hijab so as to
ward off fitnah and evil.
This varies from one
woman to another; some
of them grow quickly and
start looking attractive
and others do not.
With regard to wearing
skimpy clothes, it is better
not to let young girls get
used to such clothes. It is
important for girls to
grow up loving virtue,
until they get used to it.
Hence Islam gives children
a preparatory stage in
which they can get used
to praying and does not
make it obligatory all of a
sudden, because it takes
time to get used to it and
learn it. When a girl is nine
years old, she should start
learning and getting used
to what will be required of
her, before she reaches
rty. It does not make
any sense to make the
difference between
covering the awrah and
not doing so the night
when the girl gets her
period and reaches
p*berty. That should not
happen.
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen
said: I think that people
should not dress their
daughters in these clothes
when they are young
because if the girl gets
used to them she will
continue to wear them
and take the matter
lightly. But if she gets used
to modesty from an early
age, she will remain
modest when she grows
up. What I advise my
Muslim sisters to do is to
forsake the clothing of
foreigners and enemies of
Islam, and make their
daughters get used to
wearing concealing
clothes and to modesty,
for it is part of faith.

ABOUT JIHAAD
Jihaad and terrorism are
two different things.
Meaning of Jihad is
STRUGGLE (not war or
holy war).
Surah al-Hajj verse 39:
Permission (to fight) is
given to those who are
being attacked, because
they have been
wronged. And surely
God measures out help
for them.
Would you not fight
people who violated
their treaties, tried to
banish the messenger,
and they are the ones
who started the war in
the first place? Are you
afraid of them? GOD is
the One you are
supposed to fear, if you
are believers. ( Quran
9:13)
Allah does not forbid
you as regards those
who did not fight you
on account of faith, and
did not expel you from
your homes, that you
do good to them, and
deal justly with them.
Surely Allah loves those
who maintain
justice. ( Quran 60:8)
Purpose of Jihad is self
defence and freedom of
Muslims or struggle for
spiritual self perfection.
Jihad has many rules
while terrorism and
war have no rules or
boundary.
Rules of Jihad
Hazrat Abu Bakr(RA)
who was the closest
companion of
Muhammad (SAW) said:
Stop, O people, that I
may give you ten rules
for your guidance in the
battlefield. Do not
commit treachery or
deviate from the right
path. You must not
mutilate dead bodies.
Neither kill a child, nor
a woman, nor an aged
man. Bring no harm to
the trees, nor burn
them with fire,
especially those which
are fruitful. Slay not any
of the enemy's flock,
save for your food. You
are likely to pass by
people who have
devoted their lives to
monastic (or
humanitarian) services;
leave them alone.
Prophet Muhammad
(peace be upon him)
said to His followers:
Do not kill any old
person, any child or any
woman (Abu Dawud).
Do not kill the monks
in monasteries or Do
not kill the people who
are sitting in places of
worship (Musnad of
Ibn Hanbal).
Terrorism is forbidden
in Islam.
There shall be no
compulsion in religion:
the right way is now
distinct from the wrong
way. Anyone who
denounces the devil
and believes in GOD has
grasped the strongest
bond; one that never
breaks. GOD is Hearer,
Omniscient. ( Quran
2:256)
...if any one slew a
person - unless it be for
murder or for spreading
mischief in the land - it
would be as if he slew
the whole people: and
if any one saved a life,
it would be as if he
saved the life of the
whole people...
