That was from the book THE GNOSTIC GOSPELS by Elaine Pagels. In the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus says, 'If u bring forth what is w/in u, what u bring forth will save u; if u donot bring forth what is w/in u, what u do not bring forth will destroy u.'
