i ground myself, i wash myself with bright light, say a prayer for reiki and then i start. after i finish i ground myself again. what do you do, how? different schools do it differently. |

I call on the 4 archangels to guide me and cleanse myself in white light them i call on mother earth to ground me and reiki to flow though me. As i ground the client i make sure to ground myself too and them disconnect from the client thank the angels and reiki and wash my hands and arms
