NEW 3DS has two extra buttons ZL and ZR. It also has the kn*b thing. Games with Circle pad pro support will work with them.

The 2DS stylus is not THAT short. Only about 1 centimeter shorter than the one on New 3DS. It is double the thickness tho. Old 3DS has the longest one because it is a telescope model. Also the materials are: 3DS - Metal , New 3DS - Plastic , New 2DS XL - Plastic .

New 2DS XL is essentially a New 3DS XL without the 3D. A few design changes make it lighter and it has a thinner upper screen.
